These bully sticks will be:
- Partially hollow – in most cases, the hollowing does not go through the entire bully stick, and can only be seen from one end. The hollowing is caused by these bully sticks being exposed to more heat in the oven based on their location in the oven.
- Equal or just slightly less chew time compared to our regular (non-hollow) very low odor bully sticks – based on dogs that have tried both types. Since these bully sticks are sorted by weight, even with the hollowing, these bully sticks will still have the same mass as our jumbo (non-hollow) very low odor bully sticks.
- Consistent in thickness – each individual stick is weighed (in grams) and sorted into the weight range listed above
- Very low in odor – achieved through fresher raw material that is thoroughly trimmed and rinsed and through cooking the bully sticks longer and at the optimal temperature
- Single ingredient & 100% all-natural with no sodium metabisulfite or any other chemicals used at any point; sourced from grass-fed, free-ranging Brazilian cattle raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics, and made in Brazil
